This pouch has been in the planning stages for quite some time and is something I have felt prompted to offer. While this pouch is good for any trauma survivor, it is specifically geared towards those who have suffered from child abuse. Being an abuse survivor myself, I understand the deep seated trauma that endures in the system. Feelings of inadequacy and inaptitude hamper our daily lives. We can have issues accepting compliments, and cringe when criticized. We feel unloved, and unlovable, not loving ourselves, or feeling we cannot love. Love without strings is often a concept we cannot grasp. We often experience life in extremes. We care too much or not enough, we want all or nothing. The stones in this pouch have been chosen to assist us find the love and healing we need. To boost our self-esteem and self-worth.  They will help alleviate depression, assist restful sleep, and boost your image of good self worth. This is by no means all of the crystals helpful for healing from abuse, but a place to start. The stones all together may be a little overwhelming to carry all at once, so I am including 2 pouches with this kit. One large one that will hold all of the stones, and a smaller one that will hold a couple of the stones. I suggest picking a couple that particularly attract you to carry at first. Carry them for a few days or weeks. When you feel prompted to change the stones pick the ones you dislike the most (you need those just as much!). Hold and explore each one individually, to unlock the message each stone has for you. Pay attention to memories and sensations as they all hold a message for you. You can also sleep with them near you.   These stones are good for all ages.

  Amethyst is the stone of high spirituality, peace, and tranquility. It enhances one's ability to assimilate new ideas, and to assist during meditation. It is also said to give strength and mental stability, and to provide balance between one's physical, emotional, intellectual states. Amethyst is also said to make one shrewd in business matters. Amethyst is said to help remove toxins from the body and to help treat arthritis. It also said to be useful in treating a number of disorders including those of the digestive system, heart, nervous system, skin and hearing and to help provide relief from pain and to strengthen the immune system. Amethyst may be used to remove radiation the body stores on the sides of the head...such as from computers. Assists with dream work and insomnia.

Emerald calcite is an Earth stone connecting one to the wonders of nature. It energizes and stimulates all chakras, giving your system an energetic boost. However, its main concentration is as a deep healing heart chakra stone. It provides for the cleansing of old stagnant and blocked energy. It is used for breaking old relationship habits and patterns. Use Emerald Calcite to help you find love and self-respect within yourself.

Kyanite is one of my favorite stones as it is protective; aligning to the chakra system, meditative, and it does all of those things well. Kyanite will not accept negative energy. It aligns chakras automatically. The user needs only to hold it. Kyanite also facilitates meditation and is useful for treatment of muscular problems.

Labradorite helps purge negative thought patterns. It gives great insight and vision and allows one to communicate these gifts in a beneficial way for the self and others. It helps you integrate the new energies coming in at this time in a seamless fashion. Labradorite brings out the best qualities in you, to be all that you can be. Thus it is a powerful self esteem building stone. The elixir form of Labradorite purges negativity bringing well being to you; it also has pain killing properties. It is a very balancing harmonious energy. Labradorite soothes menstrual pain and PMS. It helps ones intuition, especially the timing of things.

Lapis Lazuli energizes the throat chakra. Augments strength, vitality, virility, mental clarity, illumination. Enhances psychic abilities and communication with higher self and spirit guides. It has also been used as a protective stone, sheltering the wearer/carrier from physical danger and psychic attacks. Lapis Lazuli is a "stone of total awareness", helping to expand awareness and intellectual capacity, and allowing for conscious attunement to the intuitive and psychic aspects of ones nature. Relieves insomnia, and treats disorders of the throat, bone marrow, thymus and immune system.

Rhodocrosite is a 'stone of love and balance', which can assist one in attaining an ecstatic state during meditation. Wearing the stone is said to bring the vibration of joy into one's daily life. Rhodocrosite balances the emotions, providing order and structure to the mind. It gently energizes and purifies the root, sacral and heart chakra. It has been used to treat thyroid imbalances, and stabilize the heart. It relieves the symptoms of asthma. It also assists in detoxifying the liver and kidneys.

Rose Quartz is known as the Heart of Gaia as it is wide spread and found throughout the planet in abundance. It embodies love in all its forms throughout many dimensions and is powerful in distributing the heartbeat of Gaia in every direction. It resonates with all forms of love; humanitarian, romantic, compassionate, etc. It also helps to make room in ones heart for healing, forgiveness, compassion, and empathy. It promotes the removal of toxins from the system. It soothes coughs and respiratory irritations.

Strawberry quartz helps to stimulate the energy center of the heart, bringing added energy to the quartz and filling ones total being with the feeling of love. It balances the connections between the physical body and the subtle bodies and stimulates both the astral body and the psychic system. Strawberry quartz was used in Atlantis and Lemuria in healing ceremonies and to stimulate recall of the beginning.
