Many of us have a desire to walk the path of higher learning, to be able to connect and communicate with our guides.  This pouch is filled with all the crystals that will assist with communicating with your guides. For the beginner, find a quite space where you will not be disturbed. Create an atmosphere where you can relax, and feel safe.  Hold the crystals in your hand, either in the pouch, or explore individually, just start with what makes you feel comfortable.  As you explore the stones, clear your mind from the jumbled emotions of life, pay attention to the little details of each crystal. Pay attention to random memories that may surface, you may remember the first visit to the beach, which you haven't though of in years, you may suddenly remember the smell of grandma's cookies baking, do you feel a summer breeze, even though it is winter? Pay attention to these sensations, they are a connection to your higher self. Many of our messages start of as random memories or sensations, ideas that our conscious mind is more capable of understanding.   Amethyst is said to bring serenity and calm, to enhance one's ability to assimilate new ideas, and to assist during meditation. It is also said to give strength and mental stability, and to provide balance between one's physical, emotional, intellectual states.

Angelite provides a protective field assisting in promoting a positive environment for astral travel and communication with guides.  It assists with both sending and receiving of telepathic communication. It also dispels anger and negative thought patterns. It has been used to treat infections, throat afflictions and restore function of the thymus.
