Vanadinite is a mineral combining lead, vanadium, oxygen and chlorite. It crystallizes in the form of globular masses, barrel-shaped crystals, and hollow prismatic crystals. The colors it forms are red, orange-red, brownish red, brown or yellow. It is a rare mineral and is sometimes found in the upper oxidized parts of lead deposits. It is found in Morocco, New Mexico and Arizona. Because of its lead content, I do not recommend using this formation to make an elixir and you should wash your hands after handling it. Use dry methods to clear this beauty too.

During our recent travels we picked up a few pieces that are burnt orange in color and come from Mibladen, Morocco. This stunning cluster is a complex city that resonates well with the lower three chakras. It encourages playfulness and curiosity. It will embolden one to become more adventurous and daring so that one will break free from “invisible” expectations and restrictions. It supports the production of hormones and can be used vibrationally to help counter degenerative aging due to decreased production of certain hormones. Can help with male and female menopause.

In the solar plexus area it motivates one to have the drive, power and stamina needed to complete large projects. It will help one focus on the main goal without distraction. It will provide the extra energy to see the project through to completion. It is also a grounding stone that will help one gain more enjoyment from the physical body.
