Sugilite is a rare material, and it has been some time since we have been able to secure any material. Sugilite comes from one location, the Wessels mine in South Africa which is closed and no new material is being produced. Sugilite is marked by deep purple hues, often found with black manganese. This wonderful batch of high grade sugilite has been tumbled. Sugilite has a high vibrational energy that opens and activates the crown and third eye chakras. So much so, that we recommend working with amethyst first if you have not worked too much these chakras chakra. This stone encourages intuition and heeding the wisdom of your inner self.
